The 2017 version of Cépages d'Or is 66% Marsanne/34% Roussanne picked separately and barrel fermented in 1 year old French oak barrels using exclusively indigenous yeasts. The 2017 version has revealed the brilliance of the Alder Springs Vineyard site with reverberating aromas of pear and apple backed up by a mineral/floral note. It remains bright and fresh. Drinkable now - it should shine for many years to come.
