The low temperature and slow rate of the fermentation preserved the complex varietal aromas and flavors of our Sauvignon Blanc grapes for an intense yet elegant wine. The bouquet is noticeably tropical with pineapple, Asian pear and lemongrass that transfer to the palate with additional flavors of grapefruit, tangerine and kiwi. A clean and buoyant acidity elevates pina colada and nectarine on the finish. Pairs well with lemony pesto shrimp scampi with linguine.
